Today was a very productive day! After publishing Part II of the Pirates & Scallywags trilogy last month, I wanted to create a rough story outline for Part III in prep for writing it.
Multiple hours of brainstorms took place today, resulting in some key elements being determined, including:
*How many parts to break the book into.
*Where each of the main characters will be at the end of the book/trilogy.
*Ending scene of the book/trilogy.
*Opening scene & lines of Part III.
It's wonderful having the general flow of the book worked out, as well as where to start it. That can be one of the tougher elements.
Now I'm ready to get started writing it!
